I am an avid observer of human leadership behaviour.

As a workplace leader I have done it well and not so well. But I have learnt. We are all human.

I have worked with leaders in businesses of all sizes which has given me the advantage of experiencing a myriad of leadership approaches.

I am a sporting coach and community football netball club President. It never stops! I love developing others in life, sport and work.

I take a common sense approach based on my extensive life and work experiences plus relevant learning through my MBA studies.

The biggest challenge for my industry is to genuinely make a difference. This is my mission.
