Since commencing my leadership coaching business, much has changed with so much more expected of today’s leaders.

I focus on development as opposed to the traditional leadership training approach which can be a “tick the box” exercise. To grow we have to be challenged.

A key to team growth is individual growth. Working with the team plus the individual allows growth to occur.

I constructively probe until the truth is unveiled. Without the truth we won’t progress.

We are often in protection mode which can stifle our progress. We often can’t see it when we are in it.

To be effective leaders we must also have the skills and access to the right tools. We often expect leaders to perform without providing the necessary tools and development to build key skills.

I stay the course with my clients. I am genuinely focused on making a difference
