Since commencing my leadership coaching business, much has changed with so much more expected of today’s leaders.

I focus on guiding and encouraging self observation as opposed to the traditional leadership training approach which can be a “tick the box” exercise. To grow we have to be challenged.

I constructively guide and probe until the truth is unveiled. Without the truth we won’t progress.

We are often in protection mode which can stifle real progress but we often can’t see it when we are caught in it.

We often expect leaders to perform without providing the necessary tools and development to build key skills.

I stay the course with my clients. I am genuinely focused on making a difference
