We are flexible because it is about your needs.

After the initial sessions we encourage further regular follow up over a 12 month period to ensure trust is built and the learning is implemented.

Adaptive change takes time. You have to be serious otherwise, what’s the point.

Workshops

We facilitate for larger or smaller groups plus individuals.

We explore the TAYLORED tools with an array of activities such as:

  • self and team reflection - identities, values

  • peer feedback

  • understanding what is stopping us break through

  • Adaptive change v technical change

  • constructive discussion and debate - everyone should feel safe

  • what’s getting in the way and what part are we playing

Our process is uncomplicated and we do not lecture. We are thinking partners helping you unpack your stories that may be hindering your progress.

We are about the practicalities and not just the theory.

We want you to not only possess the knowledge but build the skills to action this knowledge.
