This program suits a leader who may be challenged in their role and requires regular support over a longer period or an inexperienced leader who needs steering in the right direction in the early days of their tenure.

We aim to challenge in these sessions so the participant understands that being a leader is not easy and requires character. Mentoring is only part of the solution - the key is internal support and putting what is learnt into action.
Regular sessions allow good practices to be repeated which will then become part of normal management behavior. Adaptive change takes time and grit and patience.
